<p class="Default" style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff; margin-left: 0.5in; text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: 24px;"><span style="color: windowtext;">1.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span>Renewal of consent to operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for further six months with usual conditions.</p>
<p class="Default" style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff; margin-left: 0.5in; text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: 24px;"><span style="color: windowtext;">2.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span>The directions u/s 33-A of Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be issued to restore the electric connection of the industry temporarily for further six months.</p> |
