<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="color: #2b4973; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10.6667px; text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: normal;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">1.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">The project proponent shall obtain prior permission of PSIEC and MC, Amritsar regarding the discharge of treated effluent onto PSIEC/MC sewer before the commissioning of unit for which it has obtained NOC.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="color: #2b4973; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10.6667px; text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: normal;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">2.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">The project proponent shall obtain approved building plan from Director of Factories/concerned authorities before obtaining consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. </span></p>
