The PP has already deposited consent fee of Rs. 23400/- vide UTR.No. N060232351238348 dated 02.03.2023 under Air Act, 1981 and Rs. 23400/- vide UTR.No. N060232351233192 dated 02.03.2023 under Water Act, 1974 and Rs 3600/- vide UTR no. N060232351175573 dated 02.03.2023 as NOC regularization fee against the CA certificate of Rs. 72.70 lacs. The consent fee is adequate upto 28.03.2025 under Water Act, 1974 and upto 18.04.2025 under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. </span></p>

Ludhiana for further treatment and disposal. </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -.5in; line-height: 150%; margin: 0in 0in .0001pt .5in;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; background: white;">5.<span style="color: #5d5d5d;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span> The project proponent shall ensure that the effluent being discharged into sewer always conform to the general standards for discharge of environment pollutants part A notified under Schedule-VI appended to EPA Rules, 1986 vide notification no. GSR-322 (E) dated 19-05-1993. </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -.5in; line-height: 150%; margin: 0in 0in .0001pt .5in;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; background: white;">6.<span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span><span style="color: #5d5d5d;">The project proponent will obtain the permission for the use/abstraction of ground water as per the requirements of Central Ground Water Authority (CGWA). The Board will not be responsible for any loss, in case the CGWA will prohibit the abstraction/use of water on account of non-obtaining of such permission</span></span></p>
