CTOW/Renewal/ASR/2022/17703527 dated 04/02/2022 up to 31/07/2022 </em></strong><em>for Electroplating (on job basis) @20Kgs/day subject to the suitable condition mention therein and temporary restore the electric connection of the industry for six months.</em></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in; line-height: normal; mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Directions u/s 31-A of the Air (Prevention & Control) Act, 1981 and us/ 33-A of the Water (Prevention & Control) Act, 1974 were issued to PSPCL authorities vide Zonal Office letter. no. 367-369 dated 09/02/2022 for temporary restore the electric connection of the industry for six months i.e. upto 31/07/2022.</span></p>

It has already deposited The industry has already deposited Rs 9800/- (including penalty @ 350/-) vide UTR No. SBIN121156215529 under Water Act, 1974 and Rs. 9800/- (including penalty @ Rs 350) vide UTR. No. SBIN121156218843 under Air Act, 1981 which is adequate upto 30/09/2025 under both acts.</span></p>

However a byepass underground drain from this tank onto sewer was observed during visit with effluent moving from the tank to sewer via this drain. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span></p>
