The application of the industry and the request letter has been scrutinized and it is observed
1) The industry has not submitted the project report of the expansion made by it viz a viz varied consent being obtained.
2) Further, the industry is required to submit the details of additional machinery from Rs. 7.02 Cr. to Rs. 9.82 Cr. alongwith the the air and water pollution load increase due to the expansion/additional machinery and measures taken to control them.
You are requested to submit above said observations within 02 days.
