| Clarification Note: |
It is intimated that the application of the project proponent for obtaining fresh consent to operate was scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The detail filled in the application form is contradictory to the earlier granted consent to operate under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 i.e. Raw material & Product detail has been filled twice.
2. The CA certificate submitted by the industry is not proper as the earlier the total cost of the industry Rs. 4.48 crores, now the industry has submitted CA certificate mentioned the total cost of the industry Rs. 4.40 crores. The industry needs to clarify regarding the same.
3. The industry needs to submit compliance report (in annotated format) of the special conditions of the earlier granted consent to operate under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.
It is requested to clarify regarding the same within 03 days so as to proceed further in the matter. Until then the application will be treated as incomplete. |
