The industry has not submitted details regarding increase in fixed assets. 2. The industry has not submitted proper C.A certificate mentioning undepriciated cost of fixed assets. 3. The cost of the project has been increased. The unit has not mentioned in the reasons in this regarding. 5. The detail of emission and its control is not mentioned. 7. The agreement with the CETP Operator is expired. 8. Following documents have not been submitted: a) The authority letter. b) Fresh agreement with CETP Operator. c) Appropriate CA certificate. d) Emission analysis report. e) Duly authenticated documents for record file. As such the case could not be processed at this stage. It is requested to kindly give approval to return the case, please.</span></p> |
