<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="text-align: justify;">It is submitted that the bank guarantee was obtained as over flow from the collection tank was being discharged into sewer and the industry was not achieving the prescribed standards for discharge into sewer on 20.03.2017, 04.10.2017. The discharge of effluent was into sewer and now the discharge has been changed to CETP conveyance system. As such the recommendations for return of bank guarantee was sent. </span><span style="text-align: justify;"> </span></p>
