The industry has applied for fresh consent to operate under Water (Prevention &<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>Control of Pollution) Act 1974 and Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 through OCMMS of the Board for manufacturing of nut and bolts. The industry has deposited Rs. 36000/- Vide UTR/No. N083232384797762 dated 24.03.2023 under Water Act 1974, Rs. 36000/- Vide UTR/No. N083232384799129 dated 24.03.2023 under Air Act, 1981, Rs. 10000/- vide UTR No. N083232384830590 dated 24.03.2023 and Rs. 10000/- vide R No. 87/5484 dated 18.04.2023 as VDS fee and</p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="line-height: 150%; margin: .1pt 6.7pt .0001pt 46.0pt;">Rs. 4100/- (including Rs. 500/- as application form fee) vide UTR No. N083232384833737 dated 24.03.2023 as NOC fee which is adequate upto 30.09.2028.</p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%; margin: .1pt 6.7pt .0001pt 46.0pt;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The industry has submitted electricity bill as proof of date of commissioning, according to which the industry is commissioned on 30.12.2001.</p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%; margin: .1pt 6.7pt .0001pt 46.0pt;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>industry was visited by officer of this office on 11.04.2023 and it was observed that the industry was in<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>operation and is engaged in manufacturing of nut and bolts. The industry has installed 03 nos. heating furnace with adequate stack height. The industry has also installed 02 nos. header machines and other general machinery. The industry has not installed any D.G set in its premises. There is no source of generation of trade effluent. Domestic effluent is being discharged into sewer. The industry has applied under VDS scheme but has not submitted area classification certificate and approved building plan from competent authority.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="margin-right: 7.1pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif'; mso-hansi-font-family: Tahoma; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span></span></strong>Keeping in view of above, case may be considered for grant of fresh consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 upto 30.09.2028 with special condition that:-</p>
