<p style="text-align: justify;">It is submitted that the date of commissioning is Jan / 1994 as per application and record. The industry has increased it production from Glue (Existing @ 5 MTD + Proposed @ 2 MTD) @ 7 MTD. The process of manufacturing formaldehyde covered under the provisions of 5(f) as per EIA notification 2006. However, as per the latest CPCB orders manufacturing formaldehyde and its different resins (including melamine formaldehyde, urea formaldehyde and phenol formaldehyde) without requisite EC.</p>
