This has reference to the clarifications raised against our application. The reply is as follows:
1. Regarding CA Certificate submitted as on 31.3.2022, this is submitted, as the balance sheet as on 31.3.2023 has not been yet finalized & auditted, so this is submitted as on 31.3.2022. 2. Regarding increase in the value of fixed assets, it is for your kind information that the increase is due to replacement of some machinery and addition of CNC and auto binding machines etc. to improve the quality of job and workmanship. Due to this increase, there will be no increase in our production capacities.3. We are submitting herewith the compliance report, duly signed. 4. Regarding application for Hazardous waste authorization, we wil apply for the same after getting the required agreements signed for different categories of hazardous waste. 5. We are also submitting herewith the undertaking stating that we are carrying out any spray painting jonb and the paint is being carried out mannualy by hand.
