<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; color: windowtext;">The industry is now complying with the provisions of Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 as well as decisions of personal hearing held before the worthy Chairman of the Board on 15.03.2023.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; color: windowtext;">Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that the industry may be granted consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 upto 30.06.2026 with suitable conditions, as proposed by AEE, please.</span></p> |
