<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">Kindly peruse the agenda note attached by AEE alongwith pointwise compliance of Mechanism/ guidelines prescribed by the Board vide officer order no. 64 dated 02/02/2021.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">It is therefore recommended that consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1984 be renewed upto 30/09/2028 for capacity @ 300 persons per function with suitable conditions and special conditions mentioned in the note of AEE</p>
