<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="margin-left: 36pt; text-indent: -18pt; text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; line-height: 115%; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial; color: black; mso-bidi-language: PA;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">3.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The industry shall ensure that hazardous wastes of all categories are collected properly & disposed off to the authorized companies and shall maintain all the records as per provisions of HWM Rules.</p>
