<p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 70.9pt; line-height: 150%; margin: 0in .2pt 6.0pt 0in;"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">The industry has deposited Rs. 7000/- vide UTR. no. 000794407743 dated 01.02.2023 and Rs. 14200/- vide UTR no. 000853579016 dated 28.03.2028 under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Rs. 6800/- vide UTR. no. 000794397560 dated 01.02.2023 and Rs. 14200/- vide UTR no. 000853593787 dated 28.03.2023 under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The fee deposited by the industry is adequate upto 30.09.2027, under both the Acts against the fixed assets of Rs. 3.07 Lakhs, as on 31.12.2022 (Considering of NOC regularization, penalty and VDS fee).</span></p>
