CTOA/Renewal/LDH1/2018/7497649 dated 29-05-2018 which is valid upto 31-03-2023 for Washing, Bleaching, Dyeing & Printing @ 12 Metric Tonnes/Day.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 11.45pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 58.5pt; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.5pt; line-height: 150%;">Now, the industry has applied for Consent to Operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The industry was visited by officers of the Board on 17/04/2023 and observed as under:</span></p>

The Boiler and thermopack was not in operation during visit due to power cut.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.5pt; line-height: 150%; mso-font-width: 95%;">2.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.5pt; line-height: 150%;"> The industry has installed 1 no. boiler (8TPH) & 1 no. thermopac (2200 U) with multi cyclone and common wet scrubber as APCD with common adequate stack height.</span></p>
