<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;">The project proponent has deposited Rs. 28000/- vide R. No. 645798136 dated 21.04.2023 under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Rs. 28000/- vide R. No. 462743728 dated 21.04.2023 under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The fee deposited by the project proponent is adequate upto 31.03.2024 under each Act as per Board’s office order dated 29.10.2018.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;">Further, the project proponent has submitted copy of reply submitted in the office of Chief Environmental Engineer, Patiala, wherein, it has submitted copy of agreement of 0.75 acres adjoining land for development as per Karnal Technology for disposal of treated domestic effluent. The project proponent has also submitted copy of cheque amounting to Rs. 2 lacs issued to M/s Harit Engineers for installation of mechanical composter.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;">In view of above, may if approved, it is recommended that the project proponent may be granted fresh consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for a period of one year subject to suitable terms and conditions alongwith following additional conditions:</p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The project proponent shall install mechanical composter within 1 month.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">3.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The project proponent shall not utilize the 0.75 acres land bearing Khasra No. 701, Khatauni No. 709, Village Singhpura, Zirakpur for any other purpose.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">4.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The project proponent shall provides watermeters on the borewells, outlet of STP, pipeline leading to flushing water tank and shall maintain daily record of these meters and shall present the same to the visiting officer during the visit.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">5.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->Directions may be issued to the Sub-Registrar-cum-Tehsildar, Zirakpur for not to register any sale deed for the 0.75 acres land bearing Khasra No. 701, Khatauni No. 709, Village Singhpura, Zirakpur for any other purpose until the MC, Zirakpur provides STP of adequate capacity for receiving excess treated wastewater of the this project.</p> |
