<p style="text-align: justify;">The report/ recommendations of RO be perused.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">It is intimated that the industry is a printing and washing unit. The industry is discharging treated effluent from washing and printing into sewer. As per directions of Govt. dated 10.10.2019, the industry effluent is to be segregated. The Board has allowed only washing and service station units to discharge into Municipal sewer. As per the report from RO, printing effluent is also discharge into sewer. As such, the Board has restricted these units upto 31.03.2023. Also, the similar decisions are also applicable on dyeing and other industries, which are operating and discharging their industrial effluent into MC sewer.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The case is fit for grant except the above said observation which required policy and uniform decisions.</p>
