<p class="MsoNormal">In view of the above, May if approved:</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">1)<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The consent to operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 & Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be granted to the industry under Green Category up to 31/12/2028 with usual terms and conditions and special condition that the industry shall not manufacture Single Use Plastic items and shall not operate the plant & machinery meant for manufacturing of Single Use Plastic (SUP).</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">2)<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The industry will comply with the SOPs framed for the Plastic industries by the CPCB.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">3)<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The industry shall not manufacture and sell commercially any compostable or biodegradable plastic item without first getting registration from CPCB.</p>
