<p class="MsoNormal">Kindly refer the note of AEE dated 21/04/2023 regarding source of water supply alongwith the requisite permission required from CGWA/PWRDA.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">It is therefore recommended that 'consent to operate' under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 be granted to the industry <strong>upto 30/06/2026</strong> with additional special conditions:</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">1. The industry shall utilize PSIEC water supply for its water requirement and shall abstract ground water, in case of emergency only.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">2. The industry shall not abstract ground water more than 300 KL per month from its existing submersible pump.</p>
