<p>Please find attached herewith copy of proceedings of the personal hearing held on 21.04.2023 before the Senior Environmental Engineer, Zonal Office-2, Ludhiana , wherein it was decided that consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 be granted to the industry upto the fee deposited by the industry with special condition that the industry shall not discharge any trade effluent into sewer.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The consent fee is valid upto 30.06.2031. The industry falls in Industry Land Use Zone as per Master Plan Ludhiana (2007-2031).</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">May if approved, the consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 be granted upto 30.09.2027 with usual conditions and with special condition that the industry shall not discharge any trade effluent into sewer.</p>
