<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1in; line-height: 32px;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 36px; font-family: Cambria, 'serif';">The industry has submitted its CA certificate mention the cost of the fixed assets of Rs. 306.94 lakh as on 15/11/2022.The industry has deposited Rs.</span><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 36px; font-family: Cambria, 'serif';"> </span><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 36px; font-family: Cambria, 'serif';">72000/-vide online R no. 845453452 dated 25/03/2023, Rs. 88100/- vide R no. 872274466 dated 18.04.2023, Rs. 88100/- vide R no. 761879419 dated 19.4.2023, Rs. 88100/- vide R no. 497105857 dated 18.4.2023, Rs. 88100/- vide R no. 295936607 dated 19.4.2023 under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Rs. 72000/- vide online R no. 373405543 dated 25/03/2023 under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. After adjustment of consent fees from water Act, 1974 into Air Act, 1981. Therefore, the consent fees are adequate upto 24.03.2030, under both the Acts.</span></p>

As per the record the industry has disposed 2000 ltr in this month. The industry is maintaining the record of fresh water consumption and disposal to CETP operator regularly.</span></p>

Hence, the site is suitable.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1in; line-height: 32px;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 36px; font-family: Cambria, 'serif';">Keeping in view of the above, it is recommended that consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 30.09.2028, subject to suitable conditions and additional conditions that:</span></p>
