<p><span style="font-size: 17px;">It is submitted that the industry has submitted reply w.r.t to the clarification raised as under :</span><br /><span style="font-size: 17px;">1. wherein mentioning that the they have applied in medium red category as per MSME notification 01.07.2020 as per which the plant and machinery does not exceeds 50 crores and total turnover does not exceeds 200 crores. Furthers mentions that t</span><span style="font-size: 17px;">here has been no notification issued by the Board in this matter however </span><span style="font-size: 17px;">earlier all departments of Govt. were following the notification of MSME dated 29.09.2006 and now this notification dated 01.07.2020 supersedes the above notification. Therefore the provisions of notification automatically applies from the implementation dated 01.07.2020.</span><br /><span style="font-size: 17px;">2.
