CTOW/Fresh/SGR/2018/7651907 dated 12/06/2018 under the Water Act, 1974 and vide no CTOA/Fresh/SGR/2018/7651880 dated 12/06/2018 under the Air Act, 1981, both valid up to 31.12.2022.</span></p>
<p class="TableParagraph" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 57.1pt; line-height: 150%; margin: 0cm 4.8pt .0001pt 5.4pt;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 150%;">Now, the industry has applied for renewal consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 under green category.</span></p>
<p class="TableParagraph" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 57.1pt; line-height: 150%; margin: 0cm 4.8pt .0001pt 5.4pt;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 150%;">The industry has deposited Rs. 42000/- Vide. R.No. CLBLN23085002079 dated 27.03.2023 & Rs. 840/- CLBLN23085002115 dated 27.03.2023 as Penalty fee under the Water Act, 1974 and Rs. 42000/- Vide. R.No. CLBLN23085002100 dated 27.03.2023 & Rs. 840/- vide R.No. CLBLN23085002126 dated 27.03.2023 as Penalty fee under the Air Act, 1981 & Rs. 1100/- vide R.No. No. CLBLN23085002131 dated 27.03.2023 as NOC Regularization fee, which is adequate for ten years i.e. up to 31/12/2027( including penalty fee)the requisite consent fee, which is adequate upto 31.12.2027 as per C.A certificate of fixed assets of Rs. 240.63 lacs dated 14/03/2023.</span></p>

<p><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA;"> In view of above, it is, therefore, recommended that renewal of consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may please be granted for the manufacturing of PVC pipes @ 6.0 MT/day up to 31.12.2027 with usual conditions. <strong>Competency EE.</strong></span></p> |
