<p class="TableParagraph" style="text-align: justify; margin: .3pt 0in .0001pt 0in;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The industry has Rs. 21600/- vide no. 523072599 dated 31.03.2023 as NOC fee, which is adequate for one year.</span></p>
<p class="TableParagraph" style="text-align: justify; margin: .3pt 0in .0001pt 0in;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The industry has filled online application form and submitted, Site plan location plan, project report of industry, DTP letter vide memo no. 2751 dated 12.12.2022 mentioning that such type of unit shall be permitted in rural and the industrial zone of all master plans and proposed land use plan with certain conditions, manufacturing process, copy of agreement with M/s K.R Enterprises. </span></p>

The previous application of the industry was returned due to above reason and the industry has now reapplied.</span></p>

The quantity of effluent shown/mentioned in the application is 3 KLD, which will be lifted by M/s K.R Enterprises.</span></p>

The manufacturing process for electro galvanizing comprises of different steps from where there is possibility of generation of effluent. The main steps which can lead to effluent generation are preparation, degreasing washing, pickling washing, hot washing etc., The contribution of effluent generation from all these steps have been ignored and has not been taken into consideration while ascertaining the quantity of effluent to be generated. </span></p>
