It was observed that the industry is yet to comply with following conditions.</span></p>

Total 614 trees to be planted, protected, maintained and established without accounting any shrubs. The green belt shall inter-alia cover the entire periphery of the plant. The industry shall ensure that most of the periphery shall be provide with green belt by removing the unwanted / nonproductive structures already provided in the existing project near the boundary wall.</span></p>

Accordingly, it has developed 3971.6 sqm green area i.e. 26.18 % total land for development of green belt.</span></strong></p>

For this, a village pond having volume @ 28713 m3 located at Village Bhadla Neecha shall be adopted for desalting to recharge the water @ 43070 m3/annum (50% of total recharge 86139 m3annum.) As an additional safety measure, the stream carrying waste water of the village shall be diverted in one corner of Phytorid plants trench (designed based on the technology developed by CSIR-NEERI's) divided in different parts, the overflow of each chamber shall be allowed to enter into another chamber which will ultimately lead to the purification of water and collected into the pond to avoid any contamination of ground water aquifer, Pond water will percolate through natural strata (without injection) to augment the ground water and remaining water shall be used for irrigation purposes by pumping method in nearby fields.</span></p>
