The industry has deposited Rs. 18000/- Vide UTR/No. N082232383955997 dated 23.03.2023 under Water Act 1974, Rs. 18000/- Vide UTR/No. N082232383944298 dated 23.03.2023 under Air Act, 1981, Rs. 5000/- vide UTR No. N082232383960469 dated 23.03.2023 and Rs. 5000/- vide R No. 94/8483 dated 21.04.2023 as VDS fee and</p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="line-height: 150%; margin: .1pt 6.7pt .0001pt 46.0pt;">Rs. 2300/- (including Rs. 500/- as application form fee) vide UTR No. N082232383951489 dated 23.03.2023 as NOC fee which is adequate upto 30.06.2028.</p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="line-height: 150%; margin: .1pt 6.7pt .0001pt 46.0pt;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The industry has submitted MSME certificate as proof of date of commissioning, according to which the industry is commissioned in July/2017.</p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%; margin: .1pt 6.7pt .0001pt 46.0pt;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>industry was visited by officer of this office on 19.04.2023 and it was observed that the industry was in<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>operation and is engaged in manufacturing of nut and bolts. The industry has installed 02 nos. heating furnaces with adequate stack height. The industry has also installed 02 nos. header machine and other general machinery. The industry has not installed any D.G set in its premises. There is no source of generation of trade effluent. Domestic effluent is being discharged into sewer. The industry has applied under VDS scheme but has not submitted area classification certificate. The industry has submitted building plan approved from competent person under Factory Act, Punjab.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="margin-right: 7.1pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif'; mso-hansi-font-family: Tahoma; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span></span></strong>Keeping in view of above, case may be considered for grant of fresh consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 upto 30.06.2028 with special condition that the industry shall submit area classification certificate from competent authority within 01 month.
