The rice sheller has deposited Rs. 20300/- vide R no. N364222267168301 dated 30/12/2022 under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Rs. 20300/- vide R no. N364222267176880 dated 30/12/2023 under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 against the total fixed assets of Rs. 43.80 lakh as on 15.11.2022 CA Certificate dated 15.11.2022. The consent fee is adequate upto <strong>30/09/2028</strong> as per Board's Office Order dated 29/10/2018. The industry has also deposited Rs. 1800/- vide UTR No. N364222267178213 dated 30.12.2022 as NOC regularization fee, which is adequate. </span></p>

The wind screen system should have a porosity of ~30% to lower the wind velocities, thus reducing the amount of airborne particulate from storage, handling and loading / unloading areas of rice husk.</span></p>

The HDPE warp knitted fabric be made of 100% virgin high density polymer of at least 70 gm/m2 weight having 40-45 hole/inch2 to prevent wind blowing of stored husk. </span></p>
