<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 18.4px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">1.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 18.4px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The industry has submitted its CA certificate mentioning gross value of the fixed assets as on 31.03.2022. However, the industry is required to submit its latest CA certificate as on 31.03.2023 mentioning only its gross value of fixed assets.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 18.4px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">2.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 18.4px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">In the CA certificate attached, the cost of building has increased from Rs. 1973.87 lacs as on 31.03.2018 to Rs. 2505.51 lacs as on 31.03.2022, which needs proper clarification. Moreover, if the industry has made any new building/shed, then revised approved building plans are to be submitted in this office.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 18.4px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">3.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 18.4px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The industry in its application form has increased the quantity of its each raw material by a substantial amount. Moreover, the industry has also introduced new type of product i.e. photo copying paper. In this regard, the industry is required to submit, whether, such permission is obtained from MoEF in form of Environment Clearance.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 18.4px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">4.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 18.4px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The industry is also required to submit application for obtaining varied consent, if quantity/type of raw and product as well as manufacturing process has been changed.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 18.4px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">5.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 18.4px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The industry in its application form has mentioned additional boiler of capacity 10.0 TPH, which was not mentioned in the earlier consents granted by the Board.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 18.4px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">6.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 18.4px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The industry has mentioned septic tanks as mode of treatment for domestic effluent to the tune of 100.0 KLD, which need to clarification,whether, 100.0 KLD of waste water can be treated in septic tanks.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 18.4px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';"> </span></p>
<p><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 18.4px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">In view of above mentioned facts, the application of the industry is incomplete and </span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif'; font-size: 16px;">cannot be processed at this stage</span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif'; font-size: 12pt;">. Therefore, it is recommended that it may be returned with the request to the industry to re-submit the same after attending the aforesaid observations.</span></p> |
