<p>It is submitted that t<span style="background-color: #ffffff; color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify;">he hotel has submitted effluent analysis report from Farelabs Pvt. Ltd., Gurugram, Haryana. As per analysis report, issued by the lab vide no. W20230324-037-056 dated 29/03/2023, the concentrations of various parameters i.e. pH= 6.92, COD=80 mg/l, BOD=10 mg/l, TSS=18 mg/l, TDS=432 mg/l and O&G=ND are found within the prescribed limits of the Board.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;">Keeping in view of above, may if approved, it is again recommended that the consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the hotel up to 31/03/2027 with suitable terms & conditions along with special condition that the hotel will submit the waste water analysis report from Board’s Lab, within 02 months</span></p> |
