1. The unit is required to submit the competency certificate of the competent person by Director of Factories by whom the building plans have been approved.
2. The unit is required to submit the authentication of Building plan approval by the Director of Factories.
As such, you are requested to kindly attend the aforementioned observations and submit the reply to this office within 03 day so that the application can be processed further. |
