<p style="text-align: justify;">May if approved fresh CTO under the water act, of 1974 be granted up to 30/9/24, with usual conditions & with special conditions as proposed by EE, RO.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-IN">1)The industry shall obtain the necessary clearance for the abstraction of groundwater from the Punjab Water Regulation & Development Authority (PWRDA).</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">EE, RO may also be requested to monitor the industry as per protocol framed by the Board and verify the compliance with Environmental law and send the report along with the recommendation.</p>
