<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">It is intimated that the application of the project proponent for obtaining consent to operate was scrutinized and it was observed as under:</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">1.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The project proponent needs to submit analysis sample report of effluent samples from Board’s approved lab.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The project proponent needs to submit a certificate from concerned authorities to intimating the built up area of project within a period of one month. The certificate shall also state that project has been completed and is executed as per approved plans as per special condition of the earlier granted consent to operate of the Board.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">3.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The project proponent needs to submit permission from the CGWA/PWRDA for the abstraction of additional quantity of ground water as per special condition of the earlier granted consent to operate of the Board.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">Thereafter, the project proponent was requested through clarification to submit the reply within 03 days. The project proponent failed to submit the reply to the clarification till date.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>It is submitted that earlier also the previous application was the project proponent was returned due to certain observations. Kindly allow the undersigned to return the application.</p> |
