<p style="text-align: justify;">The industry has already submitted DTP certificate stating that the site of workshop and service station falls on commercial road as per the master plan, Ludhiana which is allowed in this zone.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In view of above, it is recommended that the Consent to Operate under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted upto 30.09.2027 with usual conditions, please.</p>
