<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 115%;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">Now, the industry has applied for fresh Consent to Operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 through OCMMS. The industry has deposited fee amounting to Rs. 22300/-vide R. No. KARBN23080633224 dated 21.03.2023 under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Rs. 17600/- vide R.no. KARBN23080635336 dated 21.03.2023 under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, which is adequate upto 31.05.2028 (after deducting NOC and late penalty fee).</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 115%;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">The application is scrutinized and processed on the basis of documents submitted by industry and the details of application form which are as under:- </span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 115%;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">The industry is complying with the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 of the Board.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 115%;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">In view of the above, it is recommended that the consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry up to 31.12.2027<span style="color: red;"> </span>with general conditions.</span></p>
