| Clarification Note: |
The application of the industry has scrutinized and it is observed as under:-
1. The industry was previously granted consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 w.r.t. to C.A as on 31.12.2021 to the tune of gross of fixed assets of the Rs. 798.74 Lacs. Now as per the current C.A certificate the gross of fixed assets is Rs. 867.12 Lacs as on 31.01.2023. The industry has neither submitted detail of additional machinery installed in this period in its premises nor NOC regularization fee. Kindly submit the NOC regularization fee (Rs. 5400/-) and latest CA's certificate regarding un-depreciated value of the fixed assets of the industry at the end of last financial year.
2. The industry is required to submit the previous sampling testing fee of Rs. 7198/- of emission sampling carried out on 13.01.2023.
3. The industry is required to submit the production capacity viz a viz machinery installed and wastewater generation. The industry also requested to provide the liquor ratio/No.s of Bath/No.s of Lots and other details for the purpose of auditing from duly authorized signatory.
4. The industry is required to submit the certificate regarding source of water abstraction (Number of submersible/other source and whether metered or unmetered), outlet details (Numbers of outlets/connection details and whether metered or unmetered).
5. The industry is required to submit certificate from the PDA that the industry has single outlet connected with the PDA sewer and there is no other unauthorized outlet.
6. The industry is required to obtain certificate from M.C.L. regarding disconnection of M.C. sewer from the industrial unit.
7. The industry is required to submit the agreement for the disposal of ash generated from the boiler with the brick kiln.
