<p style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA;">1. The project proponent has not submitted approved site layout plan of the project which is a prerequisite for grant of ‘Consent to Establish’ for such projects, in accordance with PSSTE notification dated 02.03.2022.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA;">2. The quantity of fresh water consumption and waste water generation as filled in the application is same i.e 27 KLD.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA;">3. The Department of Housing and Urban Development notification no. G.S.R. 144/P.A.11/1995/Ss.180 and 43/2021 dated 31.08.2021 has specified that for calculation of infrastructure required for the project, the population of plotted development shall be counted @ fifteen persons per plot<strong>, </strong>hence the calculation of water pollution load as well as the disposal arrangements needs to be re-assessed by the project proponent.</span></p> |
