<p>Please issue SCN for refusal of CTE w.r.t. following:-</p>
<p>1. High Tension wire passes through the site of the industry. The industry has not submitted any proposal for shifting the same from its site.</p>
<p>2. The industry has still not given clarification from Revenue Authority regarding whether Wildlife sanctuary, zoo and protected monument falls within 500 meters distance from the proposed site of the industry.</p>
<p>with an opportunity to submit written reply within 15 days.</p> |
