As such, the industry is required to submit application for varied consent to operate under the Water Act,1974 and the Air Act,1981.</span></p>
<p style="margin-left: 42.55pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -14.2pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Segoe UI',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Segoe UI'; color: black;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Segoe UI',sans-serif; color: black;">The industry has required to submit the adequacy certificate of APCD for increase in production capacity.</span></p>
<p style="margin-left: 42.55pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -14.2pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Segoe UI',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Segoe UI'; color: black;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">3.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Segoe UI',sans-serif; color: black;">The industry is required to deposit NOC regularization fee for increase in fixed assets.</span></p>
<p style="margin-left: 54.0pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Segoe UI',sans-serif; color: black;">As such, the application of the industry cannot be processed at this stage. If approved, the application may be returned with request to re-submit the same after complying with above said observations.</span></p> |
