<p><span style="color: #2b4973; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; font-size: 16px; text-align: justify; text-indent: 6px; background-color: #e8f6f9;">In view of above, it is recommended that varied consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 of the industry may be granted to the industry upto 30.06.2027 for manufacturing for By-Cycles Air Pumps & its Parts @2000Numbers/Day and By-Cycles tyres 1000Numbers/Day with suitable terms and conditions and special condition that the industry shall lifted its entire trade effluent to CETP operator and shall maintain the record regarding fresh water consumption viz-a-viz trade effluent got lifted by CETP operator on daily basis.</span></p> |
