The industry has not submitted sample analysis report for SO2. But, t</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; background: white;">he industry has installed online SO2 meter and the reading of SO2 was 25 ppm (which comes out 71.5 mg/Nm3) at the time of visit. </span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="margin: 0in; margin-bottom: .0001pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; background: white;">In view of the above, it is recommended that 'Consent to Operate' under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted with special condition that the industry shall submit stack emission analysis report from Board's lab within 1 month.</span></p> |
