<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';"> It is intimated that the air emission samples of the industry were collected by this office on 18/05/2022 and as per analysis issued by Zonal Lab, Jalandhar vide no. 1578-80 dated 25/05/2022 and as per analysis report the analyzed parameters i.e. PM (Boiler @ 4 TPH)=299 mg/Nm3 & PM (Thermopac 1500U)=123 mg/Nm3 are found within the prescribed limits of the Board. The effluent sample of the industry was also collected by this office on 18/05/2022 and as per analysis report issued by Zonal Lab, Jalandhar vide no. 1603-05 dated 25/05/2022 and as per analysis report the analyzed parameters i.e. pH=7.2, COD=92 mg/l, BOD=14 mg/l, TSS=12 mg/l, TDS=584 mg/l, SAR=3.6, Total Chromium=BDL, Phenolic Compound=BDL, Sulphide=BDL & O&G=BDL are within the prescribed limits of the Board.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';"> It is further intimated that the industry has submitted Rs. 58,100/- vide Receipt No. 420163864 dtd 21/12/2022 as Consent Fee, under Water Act, 1974 (including Rs. 500/- as an application form fee). The industry has also submitted Rs. 57,600/- vide Receipt No. 817909058 dtd 21/12/2022 as Consent Fee, under Air Act, 1981, which is adequate up to 30/06/2027 under both Acts.</span></p>
