Wherein, the report of committee comprising of </span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin; background: white;">SEE ZP-1, EE RO Patiala, AEEs of RO Patiala and JSO of the Board on the visit dated 13.03.2023 constituted vide Board's letter no. 18 dated 09.03.2023 in light of directions of the Punjab Vidhan Sabha Committee on River Ghaggar and Budha Nallah</span> has been mentioned. In the said report no violations have been reported only it was matter of concern that the liquor production unit of the distillery division was not in operation for the last more than three years and only bottling of liquor in PET bottles was being done. As such, it was recommended by the team that the industry shall obtain revised consents to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 for its operational activity i.e. for bottling of liquor/ethanol after repair of effluent treatment plant/ air pollution control device along with its liquor production machinery.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin; background: white;">In view of the above, may if approved, partial consent to operate under the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>may be granted to industry upto 30.06.2024 for bottling of liquor/ethanol @ 70.0 KLD</span> with conditions among other special conditions as under:</p>
