<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">The industry has made compliance of most of the EC conditions except development of complete green area, however, the land is available within industrial premises for development of remaining green area and the industry has assured to develop the same in upcoming monsoon.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">It is therefore recommended that the industry be granted renewal of consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 upto 30/09/2024 with special conditions mentioned in the note of AEE.</p>
