Therefore, the site was surprisingly visited by officer of the Board on 24.02.2023. During the visit, it was observed as under:-</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Cambria',serif; mso-ascii-theme-font: major-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: major-latin;">The directions for disconnection of electricity available with the industry was issued to PSPCL vide Board's letter no. 2059-2060<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>dated 28.03.2023. The electric connection of the industry was disconnected vide TDCO no. 90 dated 08.05.2023.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Cambria',serif; mso-ascii-theme-font: major-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: major-latin;">Now, the industry has applied fresh Consent to Operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for manufacturing of Electroplating of Screw/Ceiling fan parts @ 1000 kgs/day using MS screw/ Ceiling Fan Parts @ 1000 kgs/day and HCL @ 10 Liter/day as raw material along with requisite documents.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Cambria',serif; mso-ascii-theme-font: major-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: major-latin;">The industry has submitted CA Certificate with the value of fixed assets of Rs. 19.08 lakh. The project proponent has deposited Rs. 22,501/- vide UTR no. N066221862132490 dated 07.03.2022 under Water Act, 1974 and Rs. 20301/- vide UTR no. N066221862130885 dated 07.03.2022 under Air Act, 1981. After deduction of late fees, NOC regularization fee, the consent fees under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 are adequate till 31.10.2025. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Cambria',serif; mso-ascii-theme-font: major-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: major-latin;">The industry has submitted electricity bill as proof of date of commissioning, as per which date of connection is 26.11.2020.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: normal; mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Cambria',serif; mso-ascii-theme-font: major-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: major-latin;">The industry has submitted land use classification certificate issued by DTP as per which the site falling in village Bhagwanpur (hadbast no. 199) having khasra no. 926/162/3 falls under FEZ zone. </span></p>

So, there is no requirement of setting up the effluent treatment plant.</span></p>
