CTOW/Renewal/LDH3/2019/9761394<span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>& CTOA/Renewal/LDH3/2019/9760922dated 01.05.2019, both are valid upto 30.09.2023. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 72.0pt; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; background: white;">Now, the rice sheller has applied for ‘Consents to Operate’ under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for operation of rice sheller unit with dryer to manufacture raw rice with dryer @ 05 TPH & sorted rice @ 05 TPH. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 72.0pt; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; background: white;">The rice sheller has submitted C.A. certificate dated 06.05.2023 showing gross fixed assets value of Rs. 139.84 lacs, compliance of consent conditions. The industry has deposited Rs. 75,600/- vide UTR. No. 728637271 dated 10.05.2023 under Water Act, 1974 & Rs. 75,600/- vide UTR. No. 577912963 dated 10.05.2023 under Air Act, 1981 adequate for period upto 30.09.2032 under both acts. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; background: white;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 2;"> </span>The rice sheller was visited by AEE of this office on 10.05.2023 and it was observed as under: </span></p>
