CTOA/Renewal/LDH3/2019/8593427 dated 23.01.2019 valid upto 30.09.2023 for Washing of PC Dyed Fabric @ 2 MTPD with one baby boiler of 800 Kg & one DG set of 20 KVA subject to conditions mentioned therein.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;">B.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Now, the industry has applied for varied consent to operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1981 through OCMMS for Washing of PC Dyed Fabric @ 6 MTPD with one boiler of 03 TPH & one DG set of 200 KVA, due to change of its boiler & production. The industry has been recently granted consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 for the above production for which it has applied varied consent under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, which is valid upto 26.02.2024.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;">C.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry has deposited Rs. 19,700/- (16800/- Air + 2900/- NOC Fee) vide online receipt no. 891468283 dated 06.04.2023, which is adequate upto 30.09.2025 under Air Act, 1981. </span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText2" style="margin-right: 4.7pt; text-indent: 71.35pt; line-height: 150%; tab-stops: 512.6pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';"> The industry was visited by AEE of this office on 27.04.2023 and observed that:-</span></p>

<p class="MsoBodyText2" style="text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l2 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: 512.6pt; margin: 0in 4.7pt .0001pt 26.1pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">2.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">Earlier, the industry had installed 03 soft flow machine (02 of capacity 300 Kg & one of 250 Kg. The industry has recently granted CTO under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and detail of machinery is same as already reported in the recent CTO application. </span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText2" style="text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l2 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: 512.6pt; margin: 0in 4.7pt .0001pt 26.1pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">3.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">Earlier, the industry has installed one baby boiler of capacity 800 Kg and now industry has installed the new boiler of capacity 03 TPH in place of its old boiler. The industry submitted the old boiler was not working properly and was not giving the desired steam capacity, hence it has installed new boiler in place of it.</span></p>

The industry is using rice husk/ agro waste as fuel. The furnace is based on FBC system. As unit was visited on surprise basis and no scientific staff was available during visit, hence sampling could not be conducted.</span></p>

<p class="MsoBodyText2" style="text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l2 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: 512.6pt; margin: 0in 4.7pt .0001pt 26.1pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">7.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">The industry has submitted DTP letter vide no. 3069/DTP(L)/M2A dated 08.12.2016, which stated that the site of the industry falls in Industrial Zone as per Master Plan, Ludhiana (2007-31).</span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText2" style="text-indent: 67.5pt; line-height: 150%; tab-stops: 512.6pt; margin: 0in 4.7pt .0001pt 8.1pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">Keeping in view of above, </span><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">it is therefore recommended that:</span></p>
