<p class="TableParagraph" style="text-align: justify; margin: 0cm 5.2pt .0001pt 5.75pt;"><span lang="EN-US" style="mso-bidi-font-size: 10.0pt; color: #5d5d5d;">It is intimated that earlier the industry was granted varied consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 which are adequate upto 30.09.2023.</span></p>
<p class="TableParagraph" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 11.25pt; mso-line-height-rule: exactly;"><span lang="EN-US" style="mso-bidi-font-size: 10.0pt; color: #5d5d5d;">Now the industry has applied for varied Consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for the production of Rice=3TPH, Rice Bran=0.45TPH, and FORTIFIED RICE KERNELS = 75MTD by using PADDY 4.5 T/Hour 2 RICE FLOUR 75 Metric Tons/Day 3 WATER 10 Kilo Liters/Day as a raw material .</span></p>
<p class="TableParagraph" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 11.25pt; mso-line-height-rule: exactly;"><span lang="EN-US" style="mso-bidi-font-size: 10.0pt; color: #5d5d5d;">The industry was visited by undersigned on 26.04.2023 and it was observed that the industry was not in operation. The industry has provided 01 rice shelling section with cyclone as APCD with adequate stack height. The industry has also provided 01 drier attached with cyclone with adequate stack height. Further the air emission sample was collected by this office on 22.12.2020 and as per the analysis report the SPM level was 247 mg/NM3(Shelling Section), 43mg/NM3(Dryer) which are within the permissible limits of the Board. No D.G set has been provided by the industry. No trade effluent is being generated and only domestic effluent is discharged onto land for plantation after passing through septic tank. The industry is complying with new code of practice for rice Sheller/saila plant as per the notification dated 15.10.2013.</span></p>
