Whether the unit was in production or at construction stage since then.</span></p>

The industry has not submitted bifurcation of effluents generated from different fabrics, make of the dyeing machines, number of lots and baths required to dye different types of fabrics.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">3.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">Area under factory as per application is <strong>3.91 Acres (31 Kanals 5.5 Marlas)</strong> whereas approval for industrial zone is for a land area of <strong>2.84 Acres (22 Kanals 14 Marlas)</strong> by DTP which is contradictory. The project proponent needs to obtain classification for the entire project area from the HOD authorities. </span></p>

Considering standard liquor ratio of 1:7 and 4 baths per lot, the total effluent generation shall be <strong>32000*7*4= 896 KL. As such, the effluent discharge applied for is on a lower side.</strong></span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">5.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">ETP of capacity <strong>800 KLD is proposed by the industry however, the effluent discharge can very well exceed 900 KLD</strong> as calculated above considering nearly 15 KLD of boiler blow down and softener regeneration over and above the ETP discharge.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">6.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">Proposed area under plantation is <strong>11.68 Acres</strong> which seems to be <strong>inadequate</strong> for holding the discharge of nearly <strong>900 KLD and no comments regarding homogeneity of the plantation area i.e. 11.63 acres with 3.91 acres of area under factory has been given.</strong></span></p>

EE, RO be advised to get the copy of the project report from the PP duly authenticated by financial institution from where term loans etc. has been obtained.</span></p>
