<p>In view of the note of AEE/EE (copy attached) the industry is complying with the provisions of Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 as well as SOPs framed for such type of industry, moreover, the industry has shifted its unit and is now, complying with the siting guidelines (eariler the industry was not complying with the siting guidelines, hence directions for closure were issued). May if approved, consent may be granted to the industry upto 30.09.2023 under the Air Act, 1981 and electric connection may be restored temporarily upto 30.09.2023 with suitable conditions as proposed by RO, please.</p>
